Long Term Rental Program
If you'd like to experience Amelia Island Plantation before buying, consider our long-term rental program. We offer many different types of rentals to suit your needs, including two-, three- and four-bedroom villas with oceanfront, fairway, marsh or wooded views. We have furnished and unfurnished homes available as well.
Rentals are available for 30 days or longer. Any rental for less than six months includes all utilities, tax, housekeeping, amenity fees and use of the Health and Fitness Center. Also, for your extended visits we offer packages that include golf and tennis. If you prefer, a stay of six months or longer can be arranged.
